ABOUT SCANTECH INDUSTRIER
Scantech Industrier AS are organized in a group structure, with two sales companies Scansense AS and Scanmar AS as affiliates. The group has joint R & D department, logistics and production department, in addition to administration / finance function and QHSE. The sales companies have their own product portfolios that are designed and manufactured within the group. The company manages technological interests within the catch monitoring systems, sensor technology, molding technology, hydroacoustics, load measurements, system software, uP related software, battery technology, materials technology and -structures. The Group provides services ranging from design, test development, prototyping, electromechanical assembly, system integration, industrialization and manufacturing. The company also provides aftermarket services for its own products.
OWNERSHIP AND PARTIES OF INTEREST
Scantech Industrier AS has a group-based structure with following subsidiary companies: Scanmar AS, Scansense AS and Markebo Industribygg AS. Scantech Industrier AS is 100% owned by Scantech AS.
